How to… 5) Click Scan to scan the document. Note: If you have more than one document, take the first document out and put the next one in the scanner and click Scan again. Keep repeating this process to scan multiple documents into one PDF file. Once all documents are scanned, click on Finish and a Pictures folder will open with one PDF file that includes everything you have scanned.
