Состав:
Каждая таблетка содержит 4 мг малеат хлорфенирамина.

Фармакологические свойства:
Малеат хлорфенирамина – производный фенотиазина с превосходными антигистаминными и седативными свойствами; является антагонистом Н1-рецепторов и, таким образом, воздействует на капилляры, уменьшая проницаемость их стенок, быстро сужает просвет сосудов и снимает отечность. Снимает гиперемию слизистой оболочки носовых ходов, придаточных пазух носа и носоглотки. Обладает выраженными местными анестезирующими свойствами.
Показания:
Симптоматический контроль всех аллергических состояний, включая крапивницу, сенную лихорадку, пищевую и лекарственную аллергию, укусы насекомых, вазомоторный ринит и ангионевротический отек.
Способ применения:
- Внутрь, после еды.
- Взрослые: 4мг каждые 4-6 часов, максимальная доза: 24мг в день.
- Детям: с 3 до 5 лет -по 1 мг через 4-6 часов, максимальная доза: 6мг в день либо по назначению врача.
- От 6 до 12 лет- по 2мг через 4-6 часов. Максимальная доза: 12мг в день.
- Пожилым людям режим дозирования такой же, как и у взрослых, но они могут быть склонны к спутанному психозу и другим неврологическим эффектам.
Противопоказания:
- Нельзя принимать детям до 2 лет.
- До 6 лет – без медицинского наблюдения. Повышенная чувствительность к антигистаминным препаратам.
- Пациенты на лечении ингибиторами моноаминоксидазы в течение предыдущих 14 дней.
Меры предосторожности:
Алкоголь и антидепрессанты могут усилить седативный эффект хлорфенирамина. С осторожностью применять при: эпилепсии, гипертрофии предстательной железы, задержке мочи, глаукоме, тяжелых заболеваниях печени, бронхите, тиреотоксикозе, повышенном внутриглазном давлении, тяжелой гипертонии или сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях и бронхиальной астме. Пациенты с редкими наследственными проблемами непереносимости лактозы или мальабсорбции глюкозы-галактозы не должны принимать это лекарство.
Беременность и лактация:
Безопасность применения во время беременности не установлено. Используйте, когда это необходимо, и если потенциальная польза превышает потенциальные риски для плода. Влияние на способность управлять автомобилем:
Хлорфенирамин вызывает сонливость, головокружение, помутнение зрения и нарушение координации движений. Таким образом, пациентам рекомендуется не водить машину и не работать с ней во время приема таблеток хлорфенирамина.

Цетиризин, метаболит гидроксизина у человека, является мощным селективным антагонистом периферических H 1 рецепторов. В исследованиях связывания с рецепторами иn vitro не наблюдалось родства с другими рецепторами, отличными от H 1 рецепторов. Кроме антагонистического влияния на H 1 рецепторы, цетиризин проявляет противоаллергическое действие: при дозировке 10 мг один или два раза в сутки препарат ингибирует позднюю фазу вовлечения в процесс клеток воспаления, особенно эозинофилов, в коже и конъюнктиве лиц, которым вводили антиген, а в дозе 30 мг / сут ингибирует приток эозинофилов в бронхоальвеолярной жидкости в течение поздней фазы сужения бронхов, вызванного вдыханием аллергенов у пациентов с астмой. Кроме того, цетиризин ингибирует позднюю фазу реакции воспаления, индуцированную у пациентов с хронической крапивницей внутрикожного введения калликреина. Также уменьшает выраженность адгезии молекул, таких как ICAM-1 и VCAM-1, являются маркерами аллергического воспаления.
Цетиризин не претерпит экстенсивного метаболизма при первом прохождении. Примерно 2/3 дозы выводится в неизмененном виде с мочой. Объем абсорбции цетиризина не уменьшался при одновременном приеме с пищей, хотя скорость абсорбции уменьшалась. Объем биодоступности подобный при назначении цетиризина в форме раствора, капсул или таблеток.
Симптоматическая терапия сезонного и постоянного аллергического ринита (таких симптомов как ринорея, зуд в носу, чихание), а также неназальные симптомов, связанных с конъюнктивитом. Зуд и крапивница различных типов, включая хроническую идиопатическую крапивницу.
Повышенная чувствительность к цетиризина или другим компонентам препарата, а также к гидроксизином и к любым производных пиперазина; пациенты с тяжелым нарушением функции почек при КК менее 10 мл / мин.
При приеме в терапевтических дозах не было отмечено никакой существенной взаимодействия с алкоголем (с уровнем алкоголя в крови 0,5 г / л). Однако следует с осторожностью применять этот препарат при одновременном употреблении алкоголя.
Рекомендуется с осторожностью назначать пациентам, страдающим эпилепсией и в которых могут возникать судороги.
Прием антигистаминных препаратов может влиять на результаты кожных тестов на определение аллергии, поэтому перед их проведением нужно выдержать период вывода таких препаратов из организма (3 суток).
Не следует применять этот препарат пациентам с редкими наследственными заболеваниями как непереносимость галактозы, дефицит лактазы Лаппа или нарушением всасывания глюкозы-галактозы.
Следует соблюдать осторожность при применении препарата пациентам со склонностью к задержке мочи (например, при поражениях спинного мозга, гиперплазии предстательной железы), цетиризин может увеличивать риск задержки мочи.
Беременность. Недостаточно данных о применении препарата в период беременности. Исследования на животных не указывают на прямое или косвенное вредное влияние на беременность, эмбриональное / фетальный развитие, роды или постнатальное развитие. Следует назначать беременным женщинам в случаях, когда польза от применения превышает потенциальный риск для плода.
Кормления грудью. Цетиризин проникает в грудное молоко в концентрациях, составляющих 0,25-0,9 от концентраций в плазме крови в зависимости от промежутка времени после применения препарата. Поэтому женщинам, которые кормят грудью, цетиризин следует применять с осторожностью.
Объективное определение способности управлять автотранспортом, работать с механизмами и степени сонливости не показали ни одного клинически значимого влияния при применении препарата в рекомендуемой дозе 10 мг.
Пациенты, которые управляют автотранспортом, задействованные на потенциально опасных работах или обслуживают механизированное оборудование, не должны превышать рекомендованные дозы и должны учитывать реакцию собственного организма на препарат.
В чувствительных пациентов одновременный прием препарата с другими средствами, угнетающими ЦНС, может вызвать дополнительное ухудшение внимания при выполнении потенциально опасных работ.
Препарат применять детям в возрасте от 6 лет.
Применять внутрь, запивая 1 стаканом жидкости. Прием пищи не влияет на объем всасывания цетиризина, хотя несколько замедляет этот процесс.
Взрослые и дети старше 6 лет: 10 мг (1 таблетка) 1 раз в сутки. Можно применять препарат в начальной дозе 5 мг, если ее достаточно для контроля симптомов.
Курс лечения определяется врачом, зависит от течения и продолжительности заболевания и индивидуальной чувствительности пациента.
Пациенты пожилого возраста.
Нет необходимости снижать дозу для пациентов пожилого возраста при отсутствии у них нарушений функции почек.
Пациенты с нарушением функции почек (умеренной и тяжелой степени).
Дозировка должно быть индивидуальным, в зависимости от состояния функции почек. Следует обратиться к таблице, приведенной ниже, и откорректировать дозу согласно приведенной информации. Симптомы. Симптомы, наблюдавшиеся после существенного передозировки цетиризина, главным образом связанные с влиянием на ЦНС или с эффектами, которые могут указывать на антихолинергическим действием. Лечение . Специфический антидот цетиризина неизвестен. При передозировке рекомендуется симптоматическая и поддерживающая терапия. Промывание желудка следует проводить как можно быстрее после приема препарата. Цетиризин неэффективно выводится при проведении диализа.
Клинические исследования показали, что цетиризин при применении в рекомендованных дозах оказывает незначительное побочное влияние на ЦНС, включая сонливость, утомляемость, головокружение и головную боль. В некоторых случаях сообщалось о парадоксальной стимуляции ЦНС.
Хотя цетиризин является селективным антагонистом периферических H 1 рецепторов и почти не оказывает антихолинергического действия, сообщалось о единичных случаях возникновения затруднение мочеиспускания, нарушение аккомодации глаза, сухости во рту.

Кроме побочных реакций, отмеченных в ходе клинических исследований и перечисленных выше, в исследованиях после выхода препарата на рынок были обнаружены также единичные случаи развития других нежелательных побочных эффектов.
Со стороны кровеносной и лимфатической систем: тромбоцитопения.
Со стороны иммунной системы: гиперчувствительность; анафилактический шок.
Нарушение метаболизма и питания: повышение аппетита.
Со стороны психики: возбуждение; агрессия, растерянность, депрессия, галлюцинации, бессонница, тик, суицидальные мышления.
Со стороны нервной системы: спутанность сознания, тревожность, парестезии, судороги, дисгевзия, дискинезия, дистония, потеря сознания, тремор, амнезия, нарушение памяти.
Зрительные расстройства: нарушения аккомодации, нечеткость зрения, непроизвольные движения глазных яблок.
Сердечные расстройства: тахикардия.
Со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта: диарея.
Гепатобилиарной системы: нарушение функции печени (повышение уровня трансаминаз, щелочной фосфатазы, гамма-ГТ и билирубина).
Со стороны кожи и подкожных тканей: зуд, сыпь, крапивница, ангионевротический отек, локальный медикаментозный сыпь.
Со стороны почек и сечовивидильнои системы: дизурия, энурез, задержка мочи.
Общие нарушения и реакции в месте введения: общая слабость, недомогание, эдема, увеличение веса.
Исходя из фармакокинетики, фармакодинамики и показателей толерантности цетиризина, возникновения любых видов взаимодействий при приеме этого антигистаминного средства маловероятно. В частности исследования взаимодействия лекарственных средств не показали ни фармакодинамического, ни какой-либо существенной фармакокинетического взаимодействия при одновременном приеме с псевдоэфедрина или теофиллином (400 мг / сут).
Специальные условия хранения не предусмотрены. Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.

Missing a dose

INDICATION OF ANALLERGE
the symptomatic control of all allergic conditions that respond to antihistamines , including urticaria , hayfever , food allergy , drug and serum reactions , insect bites , vasomotor rhinitis and angioneurotic oedema .
DOSAGE OF ANALLERGE
Follow all directions given to you by your pharmacist or doctor carefully . They may differ from the information contained in this leaflet

The recommended dose is : –
adults : 4 mg four to six hourly , max , 24 mg daily . – children : not recommended absolutely for children under 2 years . Do not use for children under 6 years without medical supervision . Under medical supervision 3-5 years – 1 mg four to six hourly , max , 6 mg daily . 6 to 12 years – 2 mg four to six hourly , max , 12 mg daily . – elderly : same as in adults but they are prone to confusional psychosis and other neurological anticholinergic effects . tablets to be taken by mouth .
OVER-DOSAGE OF ANALLERGE
the estimated lethal dose of chlorpheniramine is 25-50 mg /kg body weight . Symptoms and signs include sedation , paradoxic stimulation of CNS , toxic psychosis , seizures , apnoea , convulsions , anticholinergic effects , dystonic reactions and cardiovascular collapse including arrhythmias . treatment includes gastric lavage or emesis using syrup of ipecac . following these measures activated charcoal and cathartics may be administered to minmise absorption . other symptomatic and supportive measures should be provided with special attention to cardiac , respiratory , renal and hepatic functions and fluid and electrolyte balance . treat hypotension and arrhythmias vigorously . CNS convulsions may be treated with IV diazepam or phenytoin . Haemoperfusion may be used in severe cases

hypersensitivity to antihistamines , patients no monoamine oxidase inhibitor therapy within the previous 14 day .

Anallerge
Anallerge is an alkylamine antihistamine. It is one of the most potent H1 blocking agents and is generally effective in relatively low doses. Anallerge is not so prone to produce drowsiness, readily absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract, metabolised in the liver and excreted usually mainly as metabolised in the urine.
In allergic reactions an allergen interacts with and cross-links surface IgE antibodies on mast cells and basophils. Once the mast cell-antibody-antigen complex is formed, a complex series of events occurs that eventually leads to cell-degranulation and the release of histamine (and other chemical mediators) from the mast cell or basophil. Once released, histamine can react with local or widespread tissues through histamine receptors. Histamine, acting on H1-receptors, produces pruritis, vasodilatation, hypotension, flushing, headache, tachycardia, and bronchoconstriction. Histamine also increases vascular permeability and potentiates pain. Anallerge, is a histamine H1 antagonist (or more correctly, an inverse histamine agonist) of the alkylamine class. It competes with histamine for the normal H1-receptor sites on effector cells of the gastrointestinal tract, blood vessels and respiratory tract. How Anallerge works
Anallerge binds to the histamine H1 receptor. This blocks the action of endogenous histamine, which subsequently leads to temporary relief of the negative symptoms brought on by histamine.

Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, psychomotor impairment, urinary retention, dry mouth, blurred vision and gastro intestinal disturbances, paradoxical stimulation may rarely occur, especially in high dosage or in children.

Precaution
Anallerge may produce mild sedation and it is advised that patients under continuous treatment should avoid operating machinery. Not recommended during pregnancy & lactation.

Food Interaction
- Avoid alcohol.
- Take with food.
[Moderate] GENERALLY AVOID: Alcohol may potentiate some of the pharmacologic effects of CNS-active agents.
Use in combination may result in additive central nervous system depression and
MANAGEMENT: Patients receiving CNS-active agents should be warned of this interaction and advised to avoid or limit consumption of alcohol.
Ambulatory patients should be counseled to avoid hazardous activities requiring complete mental alertness and motor coordination until they know how these agents affect them, and to notify their physician if they experience excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.

How long can Anallerge be taken?
You can buy many different Anallerges and forms of antihistamines without a prescription. Some work for only 4 to 6 hours, while others last for 12 to 24 hours. Some are combined with a decongestant, a drug that dries up your nasal passages.
Who should not take Anallerge?
Always ask a doctor before giving a cough or cold medicine to a child. Death can occur from the misuse of cough and cold medicines in very young children. If you suddenly stop using this medication, you may have withdrawal symptoms (such as restlessness, watering eyes, runny nose, nausea, sweating, muscle aches). To help prevent withdrawal, your doctor may lower your dose slowly.
